These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KetoRay mobile app and this website (the "Service"), provided by Romashka Technologies LLC ("KetoRay", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

KetoRay lets you photograph a meal and receive an automated, AI-generated estimate of how well each item and the whole dish fit a ketogenic diet, along with links to related and alternative products. The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Not medical or nutritional advice

KetoRay does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Verdicts and scores are estimates and must not be relied upon to make health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, or other health concern. You are responsible for verifying ingredients and product labels yourself.

AI limitations and accuracy

Food recognition and keto scoring are automated and imperfect. They can misidentify foods and misjudge portions, hidden ingredients, sauces, or preparation. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

KetoRay participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Product links in the app and on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Product availability, prices, descriptions, and purchases are handled entirely by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's own terms and policies. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Only submit photos you have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, mascot, design, and content, is owned by Romashka Technologies LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (AI and app infrastructure) and Amazon (affiliate links). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; KetoRay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romashka Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Romashka Technologies LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
